Types of lift
PASSENGER LIFT is the one, in which human person can travel easily with all safety features norms equipment attached lift. Passenger lift has many types as it’s usages purpose like as follows
1. Hospital Strature Lift
2. Residance Lift
3. Hotel, Office, Show Room Lift
4. Home Lift
5. Corporate Premises Lift
PASSENGER LIFT has mainly 3 different type as per mechanism variant as like follows
TRACTION LIFT system is old pattern lift system has geared box machine pattern and it has need extra machine room with overhead. As per traction lift system key features as follows:
SPEED

0.65 To 1.5 Meter Per Second as per travel height n machineRPM.
PIT
-
Need 1600 mm standard pit for all.
OVERHEAD
-
Overhead is the distance from last opening bottom level to over height or machine room’s bottom slab level. It’s required standard 4800 mm.
MACHINE ROOM
-
Machine room required on top of overhead has minimum height 7 feet and 2500 mm wide x 2500 mm depth size.
POWER CONSUMPTION
-
Minimum power consumption is 5 hp and more. (as per lift load capacity and travelling height)
TRAVEL HEIGHT
-
There is no travel height limitation
LOAD CAPACITY
-
It has minimum passenger load capacity is 340 kg and can be expand as per requirement.
ROPING
-
In this type of mechanism roping method is use like 1:1
MACHINE OIL
-
In traction lift system machine has gear box, so it’s required machine oil for it , it’s minimum 3 leter and more as per machine size as per load capacity.
MRL LIFT system is newly expanded pattern lift system has gearless machine and it has no need extra machine room. It has gearless machine and integrated control panel system so lift running performance can achieve smooth as compare to traction lift system. As per MRL lift system key features as follows:
SPEED

1.00 To 2.5 Meter Per Second as per travel height n machine RPM.
PIT
-
Need 1600 mm standard pit for all.
OVERHEAD
-
Overhead is the distance from last opening bottom level to over height top level. It’s required standard 4800 mm.
MACHINE ROOM
-
No required extra machine room. Machine n control panel system can be installed in overhead area. So it’s also called as machine room less ( MRL).

MACHINE OIL
-
In traction lift system machine has no gear box, so it’s not required machine oil for it.
HYDRAULIC LIFT system is totally different pattern lift system has cylinder jack machine and it has no need extra overhead. cylinder jack machine working on oil pressure so lift running performance can get lift working starting and stop jerk compare to traction or MRL lift system. With minimum requirement of pit and overhead , Hydraulic system is suitable for pant house lift requirement or when over height problem. As per hydraulic lift system key features as follows:

0.50 Meter Per Second.
PIT

Need 800 mm standard pit so compare to traction and MRL lift system, It can be start from upper floor also
OVERHEAD
-
Overhead is the distance from last opening bottom level to over height top level. It’s required standard 3000 mm. As compare to MRL lift system no need more overhead so it can be easily installed in last opening slab height.
MACHINE ROOM
-
Required extra machine room. In this type of lift system, lift work on oil pressure, so oil tank and control panal need machine room but it can be kept at any where around 10 meter area of lift well. So it is extra plus point compare to traction or MRL lift system.
POWER CONSUMPTION
-
Minimum power consumption is 7.5 hp and more. (as per lift load capacity and travelling height)
TRAVEL HEIGHT
-
There is travel height limitation up to 55 feet.
LOAD CAPACITY
-
It has minimum passenger load capacity is 340 kg and can be expand as per requirement.
MACHINE OIL
-
In hydraulic lift system, lift is working on oil pressure so it has need minimum 120 to 125 liter or more as per load capacity.
AUTO DOOR OPERATION
In this types of door operation, Door opening and closes as automatically with auto door drive control system & sensor attachment.Auto door operation have door enclosure as like.

This type of door operation mode have two type such as follow.
Center opening door

In Center opening door method, door has 2 or 4 panel door horizontally in equal level. Door open from center to both panel and individually both panel goes in opposite direction as one in left side and another in right side.
Telescopic Or side opening door
In Telescopic opening door method, door has 2 or 3 panel door horizontally in up-down level. Door open from any one side as from right or left, both panel goes in same direction from opening side.

MANUAL DOOR OPERATION
In this types of door operation, Door opening and closing as manually.
It’s simple MS or SS enclosure sliding grill door.
Imperforate door
It’s update version of collapsible door with MS or SS enclosure sliding grill door with MS or SS panel laminated.
Telescopic Or side opening door
In Telescopic opening door method, door has 2 or 3 panel door horizontally in up-down level. Door open from any one side as from right or left, both panel goes in same direction from opening side. It can be open or close manually and enclosure can be used MS,SS,GLASS.
swing door
swing door is same like as office or room door, to open or close have to pull or push. Swing door mostly used enclosure is wooden but it can be also used MS, SS, GLASS.
